How to change Display Units in the Analytics Portal
The Yamaha Agriculture Analytics Portal is able to display relevant growing condition data in either U.S. Customary units, or in Metric units. These growing conditions include Air Temperature, Rain Amount and Wind Speed.
To change the units of display, click on your initials in the top right hand corner and selecting your preferred units from the drop-down menu as seen here:
How to download data from the Analytics Portal
The Analytics Portal lets you explore and download harvest prediction data using a combination of filters. Here's how to download the data in Excel or CSV formats from within the platform.
Before getting started, you may want to change your display units; please see above FAQ: How to change Display Units in the Analytics Portal
Before You Begin
Ensure you've selected a valid Vintage and Prediction Date from the dropdown menus. Filters such as Country, Region, Vineyard, and others must return valid results in order to generate downloadable data.
Getting historical data in a spreadsheet format (Excel or CSV)
1. Select the 'Download' tab from the bar at the top of the page
2. Apply Filters
On the right-hand panel of the screen:

Under Selections, choose your:
Vintage (e.g. V2025)
Selected Prediction (e.g. Prediction as at: 2025-07-01)

Under Filters, refine your data using available options like:
Country, Region, Subregion, Variety, Block, etc.
đ Tip: The more specific your filters, the more tailored your download will be.
3. Click âDownload Dataâ
Once filters are applied, click the blue "Download Data" button at the top.
4. Select Sheet & Format
In the Download Crosstab pop-up:
Select the sheet you want to download (e.g. Harvest Predictions Export Metric Units)
Choose your preferred file format: Excel or CSV
Click the Download button
Your file will automatically begin downloading to your default downloads folder.
How do I change the thresholds for Block Deviations in the Analytics Portal?
Go to the filter panel on the right side of the screen:
Adjust the Lower and Upper Threshold values to your preferred percentage.
Click Apply Selections to update the view.
